We provide WordPress themes, plugins and PHP Scripts sourced and redistributed under the GPL (General Public License), Some products are Author, Personal, Enterprise License by developers from around the world. When we refer to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’, we are referring to phpwp.net located at phpwp.net.

Account Creation

When you create an account to access our services, you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to abide by the ground rules outlined in these terms and to read and understand them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not accept the terms, you will need to leave and refrain from using the PhpWp.Net website, subject to your acceptance and being bound by these terms under the Privacy Policy whether or not you choose to become a member or not.

Subscription

When you sign up as a Subscriber or Member, you gain access to and are provided with the right of entry to our directory of items available for use under the GPL license. Only genuine individuals, using their real details, may subscribe to PhpWp.

Age

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to become a Subscriber or Member. If you are under 18, you will need to make use of the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 13 years of age, with their permission, and they will be responsible for all your activities.

Your Responsibility

You affirm that the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep your account information up to date (including a current email address). Your account is not transferable. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content whereby it can be downloaded immediately after purchase, there is no “trial” or “grace period” for purchasing a product. Therefore, all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. However, refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances that significantly impact you in accordance with our terms. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

Refund Requests

We will assess refund requests on their merits; however, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund once product has been downloaded.
